Jesse B. Hallinan
Jesse B. Hallinan is an Associate based out of the Philadelphia office of Burns White, focusing on workers’ compensation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hallinan served as an attorney at North Penn Legal Services, handling unemployment, workers’ compensation and family law matters in the Lackawanna and Dauphin County courts.
A 2011 graduate of Widener University School of Law, Mr. Hallinan completed the university’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and received its Lexis Research Award in 2010. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and English in 2007 from The University of Scranton.
While in law school, Mr. Hallinan interned for the Honorable Richard A. Lewis, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas and Honorable Michael J. Barrasse, Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Hallinan is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
