Harry P. McGrath
Harry P. McGrath is an Associate of the Health Care and Long-Term Care Group at Burns White, with a special interest in medical malpractice defense and liability-related matters.
Mr. McGrath graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2011. While in law school, Mr. McGrath represented the interests of clients in a wide range of civil matters as a certified legal intern in the Villanova Civil Justice Clinic. He was also a staff writer for the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. In addition, Mr. McGrath completed judicial internships for the Honorable Linda K. Caracappa, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and in the Complex Litigation Center of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Rounding out his education, Mr. McGrath received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University in 2007.
Mr. McGrath is based out of the firm’s Philadelphia office and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
