Michael J. Cremonese
Michael J. Cremonese serves as the Chair of the Construction Group and Co-Chair of the Business Practices Group at Burns White. With a focus on the construction industry, Mr. Cremonese draws from his extensive background in dispute resolution to advise clients in many industries on a full spectrum of business concerns.
Mr. Cremonese’s main area of practice consists of representing architects, engineers and design-builders throughout all phases of the design and building process. He has also worked with owners and developers of commercial and residential real estate, clients in the energy and the logistics industries, as well as entrepreneurs in various other industries.
Experienced in representing clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, Mr. Cremonese understands that resolving disputes can involve unwanted and unexpected expenses for businesses. Accordingly, he advises clients on claims avoidance strategies, including contract negotiation and managing risks. Mr. Cremonese also represents emerging companies of all kinds relative to business structure and restructuring.
