Brian M. Mancos

Brian M. Mancos is an Associate in the firm’s Transportation Practice Group, as well as its Banking and Financial Services Litigation, Immigration and Employment groups. While he primarily focuses his practice on occupational illness litigation, Mr Mancos also has a background in general civil litigation and experience handling immigration law matters in both family-based and employment frameworks.

Mr. Mancos is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice law before Pennsylvania commonwealth courts, West Virginia courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, earning University Honors, with a bachelor’s degree in English and political science, Mr. Mancos received his juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh. Following law school, he clerked for the Hon. David L. Gilmore of the Washington County, Pa., Court of Common Pleas.
